What we do

Kumo Modernization plans practical improvements to existing homes and workplaces — resilient power, connectivity and charging readiness — starting with an assessment. Kumo owns the assessment, design, sequencing, contractor selection and commissioning; licensed trades pull permits and perform regulated work. Monitoring and ongoing support are quoted separately unless expressly included in a written scope. No work begins without an assessment, and assessment fees, turnaround and credit terms are stated on the Assessment page, which governs.

What is planned but not yet available

Kumo Modernization does not itself hold contractor or trade licences and does not sell installation subscriptions or certifications. Any such credential will be published here if and when it exists.

Who we serve and where

Owners of professional offices of roughly 2,000 to 20,000 square feet and owners of existing homes.

Central Texas is the primary service area; assessments are available elsewhere in Texas by arrangement. Kumo does not currently serve customers outside Texas.

Leadership

Kumo Modernization is one of a family of separately operated businesses that share ownership or family ties and a common back office. Each company is engaged separately, keeps its own client relationships and records, and is responsible for its own services. A relationship with one company does not create a relationship with another.

The family behind these companies supports the SOAR scholarship programs, which were created through LOAR PLLC.
